Hvem sagde hvad? Kildestatus

Kort fortalt:

Executive summary: official control system for export FNAO covers farms, processors, exporters; GAP inspection/certification for nine main commodities incl. strawberries; for herbs and spices farm controls generally limited to random inspections; post-harvest system 'well-established, comprehensive and efficient'; 'The report contains no recommendations to Egypt.'
  34. DG SANTE audit 2024-8106, Egypt, May–June 2024: Fishery products intended for export to the EU; published 23-09-2024 – European Commission, DG SANTE, 2024. https://ec.europa.eu/food/audits-analysis/audit-report/details/4800 (Type: audit_report; verificeret: ja; tilgået 2026-10-25)
After the 2021 audit Egypt withdrew all establishments from the EU list and suspended certification; 'no exports of fishery products have taken place' since 2021; no RASFF notifications on Egyptian fishery products since then. 2023 sampling plan: heavy metals 22 samples (all compliant), dioxins/PCBs 14 samples; PFAS 'not subject to control' at the time (not in line with Reg. 2019/627); histamine reference method not used. Deficiencies weaken guarantees.

Egypt has the necessary legal/organisational framework; accredited laboratories perform well; but official controls at primary producers do not verify GAP for aflatoxin prevention; packing houses allowed to export even if not complying with all certificate conditions ('raises concerns about the reliability of the certification system'); increase in RASFF notifications possibly related to strongly increased export volume; a small number of operators account for most rejections.
